Mita Garden Hills is the most closely watched luxury launch in this part of Minato-ku, and this is a genuinely brand-new unit — completed March 2025, never previously occupied. Note two things that differ from most listings I bring you: this one carries a one-month reikin (key money) on top of the deposit, and parking plus bicycle parking are contractually mandatory rather than optional, which adds roughly ¥75,000/month to the effective cost.
