This is my first Koto-ku listing, and it's a genuinely different profile from most of what I show — a large-scale (642-unit), brand-new waterfront tower rather than a boutique building. The trade-off for the Bay-area setting and newer construction is a slightly longer walk to the station (9 minutes) than central Tokyo's typical 3–5 minutes, and both this unit and Room 1517 sit on the building's top floor. The August-only 3-months-free offer meaningfully changes the effective monthly cost if your timing allows an August application — worth asking about even if you're reading this later, in case it's been extended. No key money and a light 1-month deposit also make the move-in cost unusually manageable for a unit this size.
