This is my first Koto-ku listing, and it's a genuinely different profile from most of what I show — a large-scale (642-unit), brand-new waterfront tower rather than a boutique building. The trade-off for the Bay-area setting and newer construction is a slightly longer walk to the station (9 minutes) than central Tokyo's typical 3–5 minutes, and this unit (along with Room 1503 in the same building) sits on the building's top floor. The August-only 3-months-free offer meaningfully changes the effective monthly cost if your timing allows an August application — worth asking about even if you're reading this later, in case it's been extended. No key money and a light 1-month deposit make this one of the more accessible entry points in this size range.
